Committee Work

In Committee Work, the Committees will discuss their ideas and views on a given question and try to nd solutions. At the end, they will write down their conclusion in a formal resolution.

Morning Gym – Salsa (optional)

In order to have a fresh start in the day we are happy to be able to o er a fun sport session led by two or more Officials. These are fully optional but if you wish to participate do not forget to bring your sports gear.

Breakfast

The breakfast takes place in the Riders Lobby and the tent connected to it. It will be done in shifts.

Euroconcert Auditions

Delegates wishing to take part in the Euroconcert and perform on stage will be asked for the auditions round. The auditions will take place in the room next to Val Signina (Organisers Room).

Precise details will be communicated by the Organising Team.

Transfer to Laax

The transfer back to Laax from La Fermata.

Dinner

The dinner will take place in La Fermata, directly after the Opening Ceremony.

Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony will be held in La Fermata, the cultural center of the region, where several prominent guests, including Didier Burkhalter, the Swiss Foreign Min- ister, will be present. This event will mark the offcial beginning of the session. Please note there will be a transfer requiring 10 minute walk, so your formal shoes should be comfortable enough to walk in.

Forum Event

An event where delegates will have the opportunity to listen to an introduction by an expert and participate in discussions as well as ask questions on a variety of top- ics relating to the session theme. Discussions will take place in the form of a World Café, in groups of around 15 participants and will o er inspiration and examples on how we can implement the ideas of the session in our everyday life. Participants will have the possibility to take part in three workshops.

Transfer to Falera

The Participants will be transported to Falera to attend the Forum Event.
